Product Returns and Exchanges

PuzzleOk values its customers, so we offer only high-quality products. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchased product, it can be exchanged or returned.

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection," we guarantee the return of goods purchased at PuzzleOk within 14 days of purchase, provided all legal conditions are met.

Conditions for Exchange/Return of Goods of Proper Quality

According to Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection":

The consumer has the right to exchange non-food goods of proper quality for similar ones from the seller where they were purchased if the goods do not satisfy them in terms of shape, size, style, color, dimensions, or for other reasons cannot be used as intended. The consumer has the right to exchange goods of proper quality within fourteen days, excluding the day of purchase.

Goods of proper quality can be exchanged if the following conditions are met:

  • The goods were not used.
  • The goods retain their original appearance.
  • The original packaging is preserved.
  • A receipt or other proof of purchase is provided (cash or sales receipt, invoice).

Please note that upon receiving the goods via post or courier, you must immediately check the product's appearance to ensure there are no defects or external damages.

Steps for Returning Internet Store Purchases

If all conditions are met, you can return the product by explaining the reason for the return within 14 days of payment or receipt. Additionally, you can exchange the product, provided it is in stock. If a similar product is unavailable at the time of exchange, you may choose to:

  • Purchase another item from the available assortment, with the corresponding price adjustment.
  • Return the product and receive a refund equal to the product's value. If the refund is processed to a bank card, the transaction may take up to 7 banking days.

To Return a Product Purchased Online

  1. Fill out the return application available in your Personal Account.
  2. Send a copy of your ID and provide banking details for the refund, including bank name, account number, MFO code, OKPO code, and card number.
  3. Call the online store operator to notify them about the return.
  4. Pack the product along with all necessary documents and send it via the courier company: Nova Poshta.
  5. Wait for the refund to be processed.
